Easy Pie Crust
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)|
|Butter/Oleo||1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)|
In the pan you will use to make the pie place the flour and butter or oleo.
Cut the butter in flour until all lumps are gone.
Add oil and mix until it forms a ball.
Press pie crust in pan about 1/8 inch thick over all the pie pan and flute the edges.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until brown in 350° oven.
