|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||13 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce, broken|
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in large saucepan.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk and water.
Cook and stir over medium heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture boils.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into baked crust.
Chill pie at least 2 hours before serving.
