Plain Custard Pie

Ingredients
  Unbaked pastry shell 1
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated fructose 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vanilla flavoring/Extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine eggs, salt, and fructose in a mixing bowl.
Beat with a wire whisk or fork until thoroughly blended.
Beat in skim milk and vanilla flavoring.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 425 °F (220 °C) for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300 °F (150 °C) and continue baking for 30 to 40 more minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
