Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Scant Cup
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Beat all ingredients and pour into greased 10 inch pie pan.
Will make own crust.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Omit butter if you do not use coconut.
