Four Minute Brownie Pie
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Place all ingredients except nuts in small mixing bowl.
Beat 4 minutes, add nuts.
Pour into 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 325° for 30-35 minutes.
Pie will settle like a meringue top does.
Cut into wedges and serve with whipped or ice cream.
