Chicken And Biscuit Casserole
|Cubed cooked chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked mixed vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1 Dash|
|Biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In 1 1/2 -quart casserole, combine all ingredients except biscuit mix and water.
Bake at 450 °F. for 15 minutes; stir.
Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and water as directed on package; spoon 6 biscuits around edge of casserole.
Bake 15 minutes more or until biscuits are done.
