Caviar Pie Romanoff

Ingredients
  Eggs 5 , chopped (hard cooked)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), minced
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Sour cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Caviar 4 Ounce
Directions

Combine eggs and mayonnaise, spread evenly in well greased 8 inch spring pan.
Sprinkle with onion.
Blend cream cheese with sour cream until smooth.
Spread over onion with spatula.
Cover and chill overnight.
Top with caviar spread to edge.
Remove spring pan.
Garnish with parsley and lemon.
