Ricotta Pie

Ingredients
  Fat free ricotta 2 Pound
  Eggs 6
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Saccharin 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Butter flavored extract 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

With an electric mixer, beat all the ingredients except the cinnamon until smooth.
Pour the batter into a 10 in. (25 cm) pie crust of your choice.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50 to 60 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool.
Refrigerate.
