Crunch Top Apple Pie

|Graham cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint (1 Cup)|
Pare, quarter, core, and slice apples; arrange in unbaked pastry shell.
Mix together sugar, graham cracker crumbs, flour, nut meats, cinnamon, and salt; sprinkle over apples.
Melt butter and pour evenly over topping.
Bake for 1 hour in a moderate oven (350°), or until apples are tender.
