Lime Fluff Pie
|Baked pastry shell||1|
|Sugar free lime gelatin||2⁄3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar free vanilla pudding mix||1 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Prepare lime gelatin as directed on package.
Pour into a medium-sized narrow bowl to chill.
Refrigerate until completely set.
Meanwhile, combine vanilla pudding mix and milk in a saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Cover and allow to cool.
With an electric mixer, beat the set gelatin until frothy.
Then beat the cooled pudding into the gelatin.
Transfer mixture to prepared pie shell.
Refrigerate until thoroughly set.
