Coconut Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
  Cocoa 3 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , well beaten
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded
  9 inch unbaked pie shell 1
Directions

Blend cocoa, sugar replacement, eggs, salt, vanilla and coconut.
Add scalded milk slowly.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40 minutes or until set.
