Never Fail Pie Crust is a wonderful and must-have dish. This Never Fail Pie Crust is a huge favorite among my friends and family. Check it out today!
  Unbleached flour 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs) (Hecker's, sifted)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shortening 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)

Sift flour, sugar and salt into a large bowl.
Beat the egg and combine with vinegar and water.
Cut shortening into flour, sprinkle with egg mixture, and mix all together.
Gather the dough into a ball, wrap in wax paper and chill for about 30 minutes before using.
This dough can be kept in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
Or you can divide it into 4 parts (1 pie shell each), wrap each securely and freeze
