Pecan Pumpkin Pie
|9 inch unbaked pie shell||1|
|Canned pumpkin||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Half and half||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Pecan topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dietetic maple syrup||To Taste|
Combine pumpkin, eggs, sugar replacement, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and half-and-half in a large bowl.
Beat to blend thoroughly.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Sprinkle with Pecan Topping and dietetic maple syrup.
