Old Fashioned Apple Pie

Ingredients
  Unbaked double crust 1
  Apples 2 1⁄4 Pound
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Granulated fructose 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Apple pie spice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel and core apples; then slice them into a medium-size bowl.
Sprinkle lemon juice over apple slices.
Toss to coat.
Sprinkle fructose and apple pie spice over apple slices.
Toss to coat.
Cover and allow to set for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over apple slices and toss to coat.
Transfer apple mixture to 9 inch (23 cm) pastry-lined pie pan.
Adjust top crust, and flute or pinch edges.
Then score top to allow steam to escape.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 50 to 60 minutes or until top becomes lightly browned.
