Quick Banana Cream Pie Filling

Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1 , sliced thin
  Skim milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar free fat free vanilla pudding 2 Packet
Directions

Place the banana slices in the bottom of the pie shell of your choice.
Using an electric mixer, combine the milk and pudding.
Pour the mixture over the banana slices'.
Chill until serving time.
Add additional thin slices of banana or whipped topping just before serving, if desired.
