Banana Chocolate Pie
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||3 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded|
|Egg yolks||3 , beaten|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Mini chocolate chips||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|9 inch basic pie shell||1 , baked|
Combine flour, sugar replacement and salt in top of double boiler.
Blend in milk slowly.
Cook until thickened.
Add beaten egg yolks and cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla extract.
Add sliced bananas and chocolate chips.
Fold to completely blend.
Turn into baked pie shell.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
