Flake Pie Crust

Ingredients
  Flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter cubes 1 1⁄2
  Ice water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Sift flour and salt into mixing bowl and cut in butter using two table knives, one in each hand, until mixture is in pea-size bits.
Sprinkle in water a tablespoon at a time, stirring with fork until dough forms a ball (all water may not be required).
Wrap in wax paper and chill before rolling out for best results.
