|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned green beans/2 cups frozen cut green beans, cooked and drained||14 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Potatoes||5 Medium (Cooked)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), warmed|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Shredded american cheese/Shredded cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
1 In a large skillet cook the beef and onion until beef is lightly brown and onion is tender. Drain well. Stir in the beans, tomato soup, and pepper; pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
2 Mash potatoes while hot; add milk and egg. Season to taste with salt and additional pepper. Spoon in mounds over casserole. Bake in a 350° oven about 25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 4 to 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
