Sugar Free Strawberry Pie

This Sugar Free Strawberry Pie recipe was passed on to me by my dear grandmother, Peaches Smith. Once she found out that her two sons were diabetic, she set out on a venture to make delictable dishes that would become their favorites every time they visited.
Ingredients
  Strawberries 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Graham cracker crust 6 Ounce (1 Piece)
  Sugar-free vanilla cook n serve pudding mix 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar-free strawberry jell-o 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Reduced calorie cool whip/Fat free 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In the bottom of a pie crust, arrange strawberries evenly.
2. In large saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry jell-o and water; cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and starts to boil; stir often.
3. Spoon hot sauce evenly over strawberries for even distribution.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Chill overnight for best results.
5. In small bowl, combine cool whip, and vanilla extract.
6. Top pie, cut and serve!
