  Zucchini 1 Medium, shredded

  Pasteurized process cheese spread 4 Ounce, diced (1/2 Of 8 Ounce Package)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttermilk baking mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. In pie plate, mix first 5 ingredients.
2. In medium-sized bowl, with wire whisk, beat milk, buttermilk baking mix, and eggs until well mixed; stir into salmon mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until filling is set.
