No Crust Cheese And Salmon Pie
|Canned salmon||7 3⁄4 Ounce, well drained and flaked (1 Can)|
|Zucchini||1 Medium, shredded|
|Diced pimentos||2 Ounce, well drained (1 Jar)|
|Pasteurized process cheese spread||4 Ounce, diced (1/2 Of 8 Ounce Package)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Buttermilk baking mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. In pie plate, mix first 5 ingredients.
2. In medium-sized bowl, with wire whisk, beat milk, buttermilk baking mix, and eggs until well mixed; stir into salmon mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until filling is set.
