Mom's Pie Crust
|Unbleached flour||960 Milliliter (4 Cups)|
|Sea salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Coconut butter||355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Apple cider vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
|Ice water||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
Mix flour and salt in large bowl.
Cut in coconut butter with pastry knife until crumbly.
Add vinegar to ice water.
Stir in 2/3 water/ vinegar to flour mixture.
Add in rest of water/vinegar until you have desired consistency.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before rolling into pie crust.
Keeps up to 1 week in refrigerator or several months in freezer.
