Mom's Pie Crust

Mom's Pie Crust has been in my family for years. Mom's Pie Crust is a great authentic recipe. An asset to your cookbook!
Ingredients
  Unbleached flour 960 Milliliter (4 Cups)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut butter 355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Apple cider vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Ice water 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

Mix flour and salt in large bowl.
Cut in coconut butter with pastry knife until crumbly.
Add vinegar to ice water.
Stir in 2/3 water/ vinegar to flour mixture.
Add in rest of water/vinegar until you have desired consistency.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before rolling into pie crust.
Keeps up to 1 week in refrigerator or several months in freezer.
