Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juiced 1
Directions

Line pieplate with your favorite pastry and rut rhubarb in until about 3/4 full.
Cover with the pastry sheet.
Bake in moderate oven, approximately 45 minutes or until custard is set.
