Canned Pumpkin Pie With Egg
|Canned cooked pumpkin||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|9 inch pastry shell||1 , baked|
Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugars, salt and spices.
Pour into prepared shell.
Cook at MEDIUM 20 to 22 minutes, or until center is almost set.
Let stand until cool.
