Minute Chocolate Pie

Minute Chocolate Pie has a luscious taste. Minute Chocolate Pie gets its taste from eggs mixed with cornstarch and cream flavored with vanilla. Minute Chocolate Pie is inspired by many cafeterias worldwide.
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate 4 Ounce
  Egg yolks 4
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  9 inch pie crust 1 , baked
  Whipped cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cocoa 2 Tablespoon

In a saucepan, heat 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) milk and half the sugar.
Meanwhile, in a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Fold into warm milk.
In a bowl, combine remaining sugar and egg yolks.
Add remaining milk and cornstarch, mixing until creamy smooth.
While whisking, pour into boiling milk.
Once mixture starts to bubble, remove from heat.
Mix in butter and vanilla.
Pour into baked crust.
Let cool.
Decorate with whipped cream.
Dust with cocoa.
