Marshmallow Fruit Pie
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fruit||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained (Fresh Or Canned)|
|Chocolate chips||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chocolate chantilly cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a bowl, mix crust ingredients.
Press over bottom of a 9 inch (23 cm) pie pan.
Bake 7-9 minutes.
In a double boiler, melt marshmallows in milk, stirring constantly.
Fold in fruit and chocolate chips.
Let cool fully.
With a spatula, fold in whipped cream.
Spread into crust.
Refrigerate 3-5 hours.
Cover with chocolate Chantilly cream.
