Quick Grasshopper Pie
|Miniature marshmallows||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Milk/Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creme de cacao||3 Tablespoon|
|Creme de menthe||3 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Chocolate cookie crumb crust||1 , baked (9 Inch)|
Combine marshmallows and milk in large glass bowl.
Cook at MEDIUM 31/2 to 41/2 minutes; stir until smooth.
Stir in creme de cocoa and creme de menthe; chill until mixture mounds slightly.
Fold in whipped cream and turn into prepared crust.
Chill until firm.
