Cranberry Pie

Ingredients
  Short pastry 1 (Prepared Using 4 Ounce Flour)
  Sugar 8 Ounce
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cranberries 8 Ounce
  Water 1⁄4 Pint
Directions

Roll the pastry and cut to line a deep tin or plate.
Mix the other ingredients and boil gently for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Put in the pastry case and put strips of pastry across to make a lattice and a double rim round the edge to cover the ends.
Bake in a hot oven.
