|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shortening||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ice water||2 Tablespoon|
Combine flour and salt.
Cut shortening into dry ingredients until mixture resembles corn meal.
Add ice water 1 tablespoon at a time.
Stir with fork.
Form into a ball.
Place on lightly floured surface and roll from center to edge until 1/8-inch thick.
Makes one 9-inch pie shell.
