Veal Shepherd s Pie
|Mushrooms||8 Ounce, sliced|
|Cooked veal||3 Cup (48 tbs), diced|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mashed potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
In a small bowl, sprinkle lemon juice over mushrooms.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Add diced veal and cream of chicken.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
While stirring, continue cooking a few minutes.
In an ovenproof buttered baking dish, spread veal mixture.
Cover with mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs.Cook in oven 20 minutes.
