Frozen Lemon Pie
|Lemon||1 , juiced and rinded|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook in double boiler, to a custard.
Add 3 beaten egg whites to which 2 tablespoons sugar have been added.
Add 1 cup whipped cream.
Crumble 1 cup graham crackers; put layer in ice cube tray, pour mixture on top and add cracker crumbs on top.
