Mincemeat-Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce (Four 3 Ounce Packages)
  Eggs 2
  Grated lemon peel 1
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Mincemeat 2 Cup (32 tbs), baked
  Baked 9-inch pastry shell 1
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon slices 2
Directions

Beat together cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon peel, and lemon juice with an electric mixer until very smooth.
Spoon mincemeat into pastry shell.
Pour cheese mixture evenly over mincemeat.
Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes.
Mix together sour cream, the 2 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla.
When pie has baked the 20 minutes, remove from oven and spread sour cream mixture evenly over top.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
Then chill pie before cutting and serving.
Garnish with twisted lemon slices and lemon leaves (if available).
