Pineapple Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 12 Ounce (Four 3 Ounce Package)
  Eggs 2
  Canned pineapple chunks 1 81⁄100 Pound (1 Large Can, About 1 Pound 13 Ounce)
  Baked crumb crust 1
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint (About 1 Cup)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat cream cheese, eggs, the 1/2 cup sugar, and the 1/2 teaspoon vanilla together until fluffy.
Stir in well-drained pineapple chunks.
Turn into crust.
Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes.
Mix together the sour cream, the 3 tablespoons sugar, and the 1 teaspoon vanilla; spread over top of pie.
Return to oven and bake 5 minutes longer.
