Quick Chicken Pie
|Chicken noodle soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Evaporated milk/Fresh milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced chicken||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Blend flour and butter; add milk and soup liquid.
Cook until thickened.
Fold in chicken and noodles and beaten egg.
Put in baking dish, cover with baking powder biscuits.
Bake 20 minutes at 350° F.
