  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg white/Canned milk for "polishing" crust 1
Directions

Jesse blends gently in a mixing bowl all ingredients except the last, and pours the mixture into an unbaked pastry shell.
He crisscrosses the top with pastry strips and sprinkles the strips with a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon after he has brushed them lightly with egg white or canned milk.
He bakes this slowly (350°) for 1 hour or more, until the filling thickens.
