Chocolate Silk Pie
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain nonfat yogurt/Low fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs) (DANONE Brand)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant chocolate pudding mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Graham cracker crumb crust||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Reduced calorie whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 3 minutes to soften.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.
In food processor or blender combine gelatin mixture and remaining ingredients except crust and topping.
Process until well blended.
Pour into crust.
Cover; chill several hours.
Top with whipped topping.
