Flaky Pie Pastry

|All purpose flour||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
Cut lard into flour mixed with baking powder and salt until pieces are very fine.
Add milk gradually, blending with a fork until all is moistened and mixture forms a ball.
Roll out on floured board to 1/2" thickness.
