Coconut Pie Shell
|Coconut shreds||1 Cup (16 tbs) (unsweetened)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Prepare one 9 inch pie pan by brushing bottom and sides lightly with oil.
Combine ingredients and mix together.
Press into prepared pie pan, building up a high edge around the outside, and bake on middle shelf of preheated oven, 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and cool.
Fill with your favorite filling for a crumb crust.
