|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg yolks||3 , slightly beaten|
Mix well and boil until thick; cool.
Add 1 cup sour cream and beat until smooth.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with beaten egg whites and bake until golden brown.
