|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cooked and cubed chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Packaged biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked carrots/Peas / cut green beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into strips|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning||1 Dash|
Layer chicken and vegetables in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Blend soup, milk, onion, and poultry seasoning; pour over chicken and vegetables.
Bake in a 450° oven 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and milk; roll 1/2 inch thick and cut into 6 or 7 biscuits.
Remove casserole from oven; place biscuits on top.
Continue baking 15 minutes or until biscuits are browned.
