Rhubarb Custard Pie

Rhubarb Custard Pie is one of those desserts that is very delicious. I can assure you, this Rhubarb Custard Pie will make you crazy for all your life!!
Ingredients
  Rhubarb 1 Pound, finely cut up (3 cups)
  Egg yolks 3
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
Beat the egg yolks and other ingredients.
Spread as evenly as possible over rhubarb.
Cook at 400° for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350° for 45 minutes.
A custard crust forms on top.
Turn oven to 250°.
