Rhubarb Custard Pie is one of those desserts that is very delicious. I can assure you, this Rhubarb Custard Pie will make you crazy for all your life!!
|Rhubarb||1 Pound, finely cut up (3 cups)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange rind||1 Tablespoon, grated|
Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
Beat the egg yolks and other ingredients.
Spread as evenly as possible over rhubarb.
Cook at 400Â° for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350Â° for 45 minutes.
A custard crust forms on top.
Turn oven to 250Â°.
