Deep Dish Blueberry Pie
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Pastry/Cream||1 (For A 1 Crust Pie)|
In a deep pie dish, about 8 inches in diameter, toss berries with sugar and flour.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter.
Cover with pastry or Cream Biscuit dough.
Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°, and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes.
