|Thinly sliced sweet bermuda onions||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Heat butter in Radarange oven 1 minute.
Add onions; cook in oven 4 minutes, stirring at 1 minute intervals.
Warm cottage cheese in oven 1 minute.
Mix together cheese, cream, and egg yolks.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Spread onions over filling.
Cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning dish a quarter turn every 2 minutes.
Test center with a wooden pick for doneness; it should come out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
