Beef & Cheese Pie
|Canned sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Pound (1 Cup)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crumbled oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Undiluted evaporated milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Combine meat, milk, bread crumbs, and garlic salt in a 9-inch pie pan; pat mixture against sides and bottom of pie pan.
Spread catsup over the meat mixture; sprinkle with mushrooms, Cheddar cheese, oregano, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 450° oven for 20 minutes or until meat is done to your taste.
