Spinach Cottage Pie

Ingredients
  Pastry 1 (For 9 Inch Pie Shell)
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce, Defrosted (2 Packages)
  Creamed cottage cheese 16 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning/Basil and nutmeg mixed 1⁄2 Teaspoon, mixed
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
Directions

Line (9-inch) pie dish with pastry.
Press excess liquid from spinach.
Spread in pastry-lined dish.
Fold cottage cheese, sugar, salt and poultry seasoning into beaten eggs.
Pour egg mixture over spinach.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 25 MINUTES on '8', or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes to firm.
Custard is done when metal knife inserted in center comes out clean.
