  Plain nonfat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light evaporated skimmed milk 12 Fluid Ounce (Pet®)
  Vanilla instant pudding and pie filling 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Box)
  Bananas 2 , thinly sliced

Bake pie crust according to package directions for empty baked crust; cool.
In medium bowl, beat evaporated milk, pudding mix and yogurt until mixture starts to thicken.
Pour half of pudding mixture into cooled crust.
Arrange banana slices over pudding mixture; top with remaining pudding mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
