Creamy Banana Pie
|Plain nonfat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light evaporated skimmed milk||12 Fluid Ounce (PetÂ®)|
|Vanilla instant pudding and pie filling||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Box)|
|Bananas||2 , thinly sliced|
Bake pie crust according to package directions for empty baked crust; cool.
In medium bowl, beat evaporated milk, pudding mix and yogurt until mixture starts to thicken.
Pour half of pudding mixture into cooled crust.
Arrange banana slices over pudding mixture; top with remaining pudding mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
