Hasty Salmon Pie
|Salmon||1 Can (10 oz) (Use Pink Or Red Colored Variety)|
|Evaporated milk||5 Fluid Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Celery salt||1 Pinch|
|Peas||1 Can (10 oz)|
First make biscuit crust.
Sieve flour and salt, rub in margarine, add enough milk to bind.
Rollout, cut into small rounds.
Bake for 8-10 minutes on greased baking tray in hot oven (450° F.€”Gas Mark 7).
Meanwhile, fry sliced onion in the butter, add the salmon, evaporated milk, well drained peas and seasoning.
Put mixture into dish and top with crisp biscuit rounds.
