|Gravy||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients.
Divide between 2 ungreased 1 quart casseroles.
Wrap, label and freeze.
65 minutes before serving, heat oven to 425°.
Have ready: instant mashed potato puffs (enough for 4 servings); 2 tablespoons snipped parsley.
Remove 1 casserole Shepherds' Pie from freezer and unwrap.
Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly, about 1 hour.
After casserole has baked 55 minutes, prepare potato puffs as directed on package.
Mound potato on meat mixture; sprinkle parsley on potato.
