Shepherd's Pie With Tomato Sauce
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce|
|Celery salt/Seasoning salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mashed potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown beef and onion in hot oil.
Stir in rest of ingredients except potatoes and cheese.
Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Spread mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes at 375° until cheese is melted and bubbly.
