Candy Apple Pie

Ingredients
  Unsweetened apple juice 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), divided
  Cinnamon candies 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red food coloring 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apples 4 , peeled, cored and sliced (Granny Smith, Rome Beauty Or McIntosh)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Graham cracker pie crust 1 (Keebler® Ready Crust®)
  Frozen whipped topping 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), thawed (Light)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In large saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups juice, candies, vanilla, food coloring and apples.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer just until apples are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Combine remaining 1/4 cup juice and cornstarch in small bowl.
Stir into apple mixture; continue to cook until mixture boils and thickens.
Cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
Spoon apple filling into pie crust.
Refrigerate several hours or until filling is set.
