|Biscuit mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cool|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place all ingredients (except nutmeg and coconut) in mixing bowl and beat 3 minutes.
Pour batter into well-greased 9" pie pan.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg and coconut.
Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
After coconut is browned, then cover loosely with foil and bake for another 15 minutes (45 minutes time in all).
